Potatoes with Bechamel

Ingredients
2-3 onions
sunflower oil
125 g flour
100 g ham
pepper, salt
bay leaf
2-3 cup milk
2 yolks
500-600 g cooked and peeled potatoes
200 g cheese

Method
Crushed chopped onion and fry it in hot sunflower oil. Add the flour, chopped ham, spices. Dilute the roux with milk. Once the mixture boils, remove from heat and add the yolks. In the sauce put already cooked potatoes - sliced. Mix everything well and transfer it in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

I did it last night for dinner, it was very tasty! To bechamel added a veggie and savory, bravo for the recipe!
