Pudding fish in Portuguese

Ingredients
700 g zander
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
tomatoes 6
2 onions
1 carrot
150 g crab meat
30 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
3 tbsp herbs (dill, parsley, marjoram, tarragon)
50 g feta cheese
pepper
salt

Method
The oil is heated in the form of pudding, place salted, boned and cut into julienne fish, boiled, peeled and cut into halves tomatoes, cut into pieces onion, chopped thin rings carrot lobster and stew 20 minutes in the oven. Make a light roux from the butter and flour, dilute with broth (or water) is boiled, add the finely chopped herbs, pepper, salt. Baked mixture pour the sauce, sprinkle grated feta cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Serve with white bread.
