Chicken breast stuffed with melted cheese

Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast
200 g processed cheese
50 g spicy processed cheese - optional
400 g sour cream
2-3 cloves garlic
butter
pepper, salt
wooden pegs
Method
Wash and clean chicken. Cut them in half and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Chopped garlic cloves. Full breasts with processed cheese, butter and garlic. With chopsticks getting chicken. When ready, boil a pan with a little butter and fry the stuffed breasts. In the bowl put the cream with a little water, salt and pepper. Add remaining processed cheese and you can put a little spicy processed cheese. A slightly spicy taste and as a whole is much more saturated. Leave for a few minutes the fire. When chicken breasts are golden - let are almost ready - transfer them to the pan with the cream and processed cheese. Leave to simmer for about 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
