Chocolate shortbread

Ingredients
200 g of powdered sugar
60 g cocoa
300 g flour
25 g cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
340 g butter (unsalted)
1 and 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp instant coffee (8 g)

Method
In a small bowl mix the sugar and cocoa. Confused well. In a large bowl mix well sifted flour, the cornmeal and salt. The butter was stirred until blanching, add mixed cocoa and sugar, vanilla, and instant coffee, then add flour mixture and stirred well. Spread the dough in a buttered form (38h25 cm) and press down well with the back of a spoon. Bake at 165 C 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The base is cut into shapes, while still warm, and the pieces are placed on the grill to cool completely. Optional decorate with icing.
