Lemon sponge cake with cream cheese

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup or 80 ml sunflower oil
125 g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of one lemon
the juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup semolina or flour
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Beat eggs well with sugar. Add the oil, cream the feta cheese, semolina, vanilla, grated peel and lemon juice. Beat until homogenous. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder and add to the egg mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased tray. Bake about 40 minutes or until a wooden stick comes out dry. After removing the cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
