Ingredients
          450 g sugar
          1/2 cup butter
          2 eggs
          1 cup flour
          1/2 tsp salt
          1 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
          1 cup broken chocolate
          1 tsp vanilla sugar
              Method
              On low heat sugar is caramelized, add the butter and begin to bubble, removing it from the heat. Cool to room temperature.   Beat the eggs, flour, vanilla sugar, salt, hazelnuts and chocolate. Add caramelised sugar and stir well. Spread the mixture on a greased with butter tray. Bake at 235 C for 35 minutes. When cool cut into a greased knife into squares.
