1 kg potatoes
300 g minced meat
3 eggs

Method
Minced meat fry with a little salt, herbs and pepper. Eggs are broken, and the potatoes are peeled and cut into rings by salting with a little salt. It ranks as one row of potatoes, then a bit of fried mince, watered with little eggs and put in a little sunflower oil on each line. So, until the products.
