Semolina pudding

Ingredients
4 cups milk
4 tbsp heaped semolina
200 g sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
Method
Semolina is dissolved in water as starch. Pour in the milk and boil about 15 minutes of not very strong stove, stirring continuously. Mix 1 egg yolk with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp butter and the mixture is added to remove from fire meal. The egg white mix of snow and it was added to the semolina. Stir gently to remain fluffy mixture. Packed into suitable cups.
