Skewer with beef roulades

Ingredients
800 g veal
50 g salo
100 g mushrooms
100 g carrots
150 g onion
100 g tomatoes
5 tbsp sunflower oil
50 ml white wine
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
The meat is cut into small slices - to be easily cut, the meat should not be completely defrosted. Schnitzel is crushed evenly, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Chop finely and stew in 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Mushrooms cut into pieces. Carrots cut into strips. To add the onions and mushrooms and sauté carrots. Salo is cut into long thin strips. In any schnitzel put a piece of salo, part of stewed mushrooms, carrots and onions and a few sprigs of parsley. So made schnitzel winding rolls, Prick of kebab in the beginning and end of kebab Prick a piece of tomato.
