Ingredients

500 g pork

1.5 kg potatoes

1 carrot

1 onion

pepper 1

1 tsp paprika

parsley

sunflower oil

salt

water

Method

Cut into small pieces carrots, onions and peppers. Cut meat and medium-sized cubes. In a large skillet put sunflower oil and fry the vegetables and meat. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces (just 4, and if the potatoes are smaller left whole) and put in the pan. On them add vegetables and meat. Sprinkle with paprika and salt and pour water until it covers the potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 220 C until the water boil off. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

I put everything raw baking pan and wrap with foil. After about an hour checking whether meat is almost ready. Then clean off the foil and let it finish cooking. I do not put pepper my son likes peppers.

We are currently preparing ... pepper and onion, and I like most people do not just put ... Even for the first time fried them, even if not, it would only eat biscuit cake (starts to smell very well from the oven)
