Arabic sponge cake - vegan

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup sweet - preferably candied (if the fruits are large, cut)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
4-5 crushed cloves
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Sweet and sugar dissolved in hot water. Add the oil, flour, baking powder and all other products. Mix well, pour into a greased form and bake until ready. Cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar
