Fruit biscuit sandwich

Ingredients
1 cup fine oatmeal
1/2 cup whole oats
1/2 cup wholemeal
2-3 tbsp white flour
2 tbsp coconut
1/2 cup cut into small cubes of pineapple, apple, banana and / or pear
100g raisins
1 cup brown sugar (maybe simple)
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
80 g butter or margarine
juice, milk or nectar of your choice, as take a soft dough
# For the cream:
50 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla

Method
Mix the dry ingredients together with the baking powder and baking soda. Rub the butter with the formation of crumbs. They add small cubes of fruit and raisins. Stir until mixed well. Begin to add a little juice, add the dough and then until a soft but not sticky dough. With a spoon take the dough and put in the tray littered with baking paper, as in a round shape or square shape dough with a spoon. Sprinkle with brown sugar, sesame, coconut and bake at 180 C for 10 minutes or until edges turn pink of biscuit. Leave to cool and glued two cream. Preparation of the cream: Mix the butter, powder and mix with a mixer.
