Method
The syrup is prepared by placing them to boil the water, sugar, cardamom and saffron. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until the syrup thickens. Mix dry milk, flour and baking powder. Add cream and milk so as to obtain a medium hard dough. The oil is heated to a lower temperature. The level of fat must be at least 5 cm. With hands smeared with sunflower oil, form balls of dough the size of a walnut. Placed in the fat and having come to the surface, slowly fry on all sides until they turn light brown. Immediately put into hot syrup. Variations - add teaspoon cinnamon and 2-3 cloves grains instead of saffron. Products are 25 pieces.
