Lasagna with cheese sauce

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
400 g canned tomatoes
salt, pepper, oregano
ready lasagna sheets
# For the sauce:
50 g butter
70 g flour
1 liter milk
cheese 200 g
Method
Minced meat fry with chopped onion and garlic pressed. Add the diced tomatoes and 100 ml water. Salt and seasoned with oregano and pepper. The sauce is made as to the melted butter Add flour and fry. Stirring continuously, add milk and some cheese, cut into cubes. Held on the stove until cheese is melted. The bottom of the tray namaslyava distributes part of mince and fry on it the lasagna sheets. Next line of mince and cheese sauce, peel again and again mince sauce. The last layer of lasagne sheets. Top pour cheese sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
