Ingredients
750 g mushrooms
1/3 cup sunflower oil
50 g butter
3 onions
2 tomatoes (maybe canned)
5 peppers (fresh or roasted)
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the onion into thin slices and stew in the oil. Add coarsely chopped mushrooms and peppers. As soften add salt, chopped tomatoes and the butter. The dish sprinkled with parsley and pepper.

Very tasty dish out. In stifling added a grated onioncarrot and 3-4 cloves of garlic. Tomatoes and peppers, of course, fresh. Congratulations
