2 eggs
salt, pepper, savory
flour
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Cook potatoes and creased well. Add the boiled and chopped into small meat, grated onion, savory, salt, pepper and eggs. It is well kneaded. Formed into balls that are rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil.
