Potato pirozhki with mushrooms

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg potatoes
30 g butter
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp flour
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
# For the filling:
300-400 g marinated field mushrooms
1 onion
30 g butter
4-5 sprigs of parsley
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Potatoes cut into large cubes and cook. Chopped onion fry on medium heat until browned in preheated butter and sunflower oil. Add chopped mushrooms. The mixture flavored with chopped parsley and salt it. Boiled potatoes smash mashed and salting. Add the butter and puree again and creases. After adding eggs and flour, stirring was continued. The mixture is allowed to stand and cool completely. On plenty floured countertop mixture formed small oval buns, which put the filling. Closed is coated with beaten egg and the surface is pricked with a fork. Bake until browned thoroughly in greased pan in preheated oven to 180C. Serve with cream.
