Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
4-5 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp rice
2 cup milk
50 g butter
1 vanilla
cinnamon
chopped walnuts for sprinkling

Method
Pumpkin cleaned of seed and peel and cut into small pieces. Place in a greased tray. To warm milk put the sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and wash the rice. Pour into the pumpkin and bake in a moderate oven until ready. Finally sprinkle with the walnuts.
