Rice with peppers and olives

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice
1 onion
2 peppers
15-20 green olives
1/2 cup white wine
oil
salt
butter

Method
Onions and peppers cut. Fry in a little olive oil, then leave for 4-5 minutes to stew. In a pan put rice, chopped olives and steamed vegetables. Add salt, 4 cups water, a few lumps butter and wine. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.

It looks very tasty! I have never put wine into the rice, but I will try!

We really like such dishes, like everything with rice and a bit of wine becomes very tasty, I like to add in the dishes and wine becomes very tasty.
