Method
Rice is boiled in excess water (salted) for 10-12 minutes. Immediately drain and pour cold water. carrots cut into cubes and boil sugar water. Peas is poured. In a pan becomes heated the oil, fry the meat is (cut into julienne), add vegetables (except cabbage) pozaparzhva and add rice. Fry again, add shredded cabbage and optional beaten egg, heated to white. I further seasoning, optional but can be altered in its taste.

I do it for the third time, it tasty, but do not know wrong somewhere or so must be obtained? Rice is always a little harder.
