Method
Yeast is diluted with a little water. In the sifted flour with the salt pit is made. Pour a little of the yeast with water and knead the dough until it is medium soft and smooth, not gritty. To make the ritual decoration on bread, pay less than the dough. Lightly moisten it and make wicks for decoration. With pasta wicks formed four circles that symbolize the cross of Christ. One depicts a barn with cows, others - the house, the pen with sheep and house. Required them to put a small piece of dough - the dog that keeps everything. Greased tray with a little sunflower oil and put the dough. Cover with a cloth to not catch crust. After the rise, put to bake at 180-200 C in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove and dab with wet hands. Immediately wrapped in cloth to soften.

Bravo, a real ritual Badnik and looks very nice!

Last year I did for Christmas Eve. Very good recipe. This year I will. I'll put a picture.

I also did that even upload a picture of the entire table by Christmas Eve.

Rdvam is that you like. Home this year also will do it for Christmas Eve.

This year I decided on Christmas Eve to do it. In our always respected tradition of odd number meatless dishes. I've heard that bread must be soda, not yeast, but I think I'll break the rule because her do only with soda not plunk well, becomes hard and not particularly tasty, although pre-dissolve baking soda in vinegar . Will try to do it with dry yeast.

soda bread not plunk. It remains a crispy crust and soft Sredinka

lovely cake! Last year she was thinking tonight already made it!

Here's the cake this year. Became great.

Milena, Iva, I'm glad you liked the bread and you've done.

Fresh yeast can be replaced with '14 dry. Add to the flour with the salt, mix nice and add water to knead dough.
