Bella veshavitsa in veil

Ingredients
1.2 kg pork Chines
150 g smoked brisket
150 g cheese
1 veil for turning
1 cube vegetable broth
4-5 cloves garlic
pepper and salt
salt
Hot peppers optional

Method
Cheese and Smoked breast cut into sticks and fillet cut in slices of 150 g each. On a piece of the veil placed a slice, flavor with dissolved in 2 tbsp vegetable broth, crushed garlic, salt and pepper and add a small chest and cheese. Cover with another piece of seasoned tenderloin and nice wrapped with the veil. Bake on both sides of BBQ or barbeque around 10-12 minutes.
