dough is very successful. I missed glaze and seeds. coverage of fondant. The recipe for it here in *Happy Chef*.

Big beauties, Emmy! Bravo!

are so beautiful that you feel sorry to bite that made her great! Bravooo!

are great. Congratulations :)

recipe is a complete failure. First written very messy. Send dough begin to nuts, then back to the dough. 3 times I read until you understand. Kneads dough is elastic, but exactly how is not clear. Is the mixer oil and egg? I'm not a big kulinarka and I want a little more clearly written. Others do not like is that I had to look for unit of measurement to another site and obviously from there came the failure of testoto- became crumbs. Napicha how many cups of need rather than weights. Then put the dough in the refrigerator. You cover with foil? As it pulled out of the refrigerator was bone. Roll out the dough into a thin crust. What exactly do you mean by a thin crust? It may be 1-2 cm. but for someone to be 5 cm. Do you bother to correct recipe. Sweet you look wonderful recipe is very interesting, but for someone who does not make every day sweet is incomprehensible.

Although I agree that the description of the dough may be in more detail, I do not think that the other criticisms are correct. Actual amounts set in grams are the most accurate and the only thing was to turn the dough is flour - 250g is a little less than 2 cups of 200 ml. To test always true that flour can be a little more or less, so put less than expected and add to the required texture. For 30 minutes in the refrigerator - covered or not, does not matter, though everything in the refrigerator is better covered - not retain odors or dry out. If as you remove it from the refrigerator is very hard - let him relax a little. Thin crust - can not be 5 cm, still talking about biscuits - thin as you want to have thick sweet. If anything is clear to you, better ask before you make the recipe and do not get ...

I found the same recipe beautifully written and legible. This recipe is simply copied and placed here. Guess consumer's has done just that, but if that made them could be bothered to write something of yourself. I've done many things from your site and many like it, but I will read more carefully the comments on the recipes. And on that I could ask will say that I did not think that someone so quickly replied. We decided with the child to make trial sweet Christmas because I bought shapes, but she was slightly disappointed as we started working with the dough. Flour put 1h. h. and 2 coffee(As I had to look for measures to another site). Dough became crumbs and after it was pulled from the refrigerator like a stone he put another 1 egg and things are normal.

anininova, if you want to describe more accurately the dough to make it clear to the next, which will try recipe. This is a standard recipe for shortbread (dough), so you will not have such strange and elsewhere, even if it is written differently where you found it, it was not *copied*. Looking products and I'm not sure why you do not received - 150 g butter + 1 egg + cup and a half of flour should not become dry in any case. If the dough does, the oil must be sufficiently softened so as not to become a stone for 30 minutes in a normal refrigerator ... Sorry for the failure, I hope the next attempt is a different result.

Hello xevi! As I already wrote'm not a big cook and I can not afford to give guidance for the recipe. I will quote and you will understand what is not clear in the recipe. First say, 250 grams is a little less than 2 cups of 200 ml, and then say, a cup and a half of flour should not become dry in any case. Actually measure which applies to this dough? The way you say is that the oil must be sufficiently umeknalo, and the recipe is written in brackets-cold.

anininova, what I say to the flour, the recipe are less than 2 cups, respectively, with a glass and a half (less than specified) should not become dry (i. E. Is more flour). Put the butter cold, as written in the recipe, but mixing of the dough softens it and received full elastic dough.
