Healthy breakfast

Ingredients
3-4 tbsp sunflower seeds sprouted
3-4 tbsp sprouting spelled
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp raw tahini
1/2 cup homemade coconut milk
1 apple
3 tbsp walnuts

Method
Sunflower and spelled are soaked in water overnight, then rinsed with water, the water is drained and remains one days to germinate. Coconut is broken in a blender with water in a ratio of 1: 3, coconut milk strain of chips. Apple is cleaned, peeled and cut into small pieces. All ingredients (seeds, coconut milk, Tahan, honey and apple the walnuts) was stirred in a bowl and serve. * Breakfast is suitable for Raw foodists.
