Pastry with pork and blueberries

Ingredients
360 g flour
120 g lard
1 egg
soda
pepper
salt
# Stuffing:
600 g pork
200 g canned cranberry jelly or compote
Chapter 1 onion
Method
Sift the flour together with the baking soda, add pepper, salt, 3/4 cup (150 ml) hot water and lard and semi-kneaded dough. Divide into 10 portions and rolled circles. Five of the circles are placed in the tray, put stuffing, cover with the remaining five circles, their ends are joined. Spread buns with beaten egg, decorate with various figurines made of the remaining dough and bake in a very hot oven for about 15 minutes. On the stuffing: salted pork stew with onions in a little water until soft. Strain and cool, the meat cut into small cubes and mix with cranberry jelly (or compote).
