Potato roll with stuffing

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 bunch of dill
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
# For the filling:
150 g mushrooms
150 g ham
150 g cheese
1 carrot
2-3 pickles
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. While still warm, Strain and add to the eggs, flour, chopped dill, pepper and add salt to taste. Products are filling cut into cubes and mix with a little salt. Wet cloth cheesecloth Pour potato mixture and hand shaped base. The filling is distributed evenly over potato base. Turn at the roll and place in pre-greased pan with 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Finished shaped roll is coated with a mixture of 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp red pepper and 1 tbsp breadcrumbs. Bake at 180 C for about 30-35 minutes.
