Salad of chicken and rice

Ingredients
250 g roast chicken
180 g rice
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
nutmeg
1 head celery
150 g peas
leaves lettuce
pepper
salt
Method
Clean and scalded rice is boiled in salted water until tender, drain and allow to drain. Add lemon juice, olive oil and spices to the hot rice and gently mixed. Chicken and celery cut into long strips and mix with strained peas and add to the rice. Salad leaves little under a blanket to stew before presentation is arranged in a flat salad, on which are placed lettuce leaves.
