Ingredients
2 kg fresh cabbage
2.2 kg red peppers
2 kg carrots
300 g celery leaves
1.4 l vinegar
500 ml sunflower oil
500 g sugar
150 g salt
20 g pepper
250 g of mustard seed
Method
Cabbage cut into strips with a width of 7-10 mm. Kapil cut into strips with a width of 5-8 mm. carrots cut into long pieces with a width of 5 mm. The leaves of celery finely. In a suitable container vinegar, the oil, sugar and salt. The solution is boiled until the sugar and salt dissolve completely. The prepared vegetables are mixed well in a convenient container which can be capped. In the middle of the mixture is placed cheesecloth with mustard seeds and pour the hot marinade. The vessel was capped tightly and allowed to stand for 5-6 hours. The mixture was then placed in the jars by pritapkva well. Drained to the bottom of the vessel the liquid is evenly distributed in the jars, it was capped and sterilized for 30 minutes. The products are 10 jars of 1 liter.
