Ingredients
125 g butter
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
10 g baking powder
flour, medium soft dough
nuts of your choice
# For the syrup:
1 liter of water
1 kg sugar

Method
The butter mix with sugar, semolina, eggs (without yolk 1 ), flour and baking powder and mix a medium soft dough. Formed into balls, flatten slightly with your hand and smeared with separated yolk. In the middle put kernel and the cookies bake in moderate oven preheated. Boil water with sugar and as the cookies cool, flooded with warm syrup. Stay covered half an hour. I cover them with another tray cover as baklava. I added in the syrup on top of the spoon limontozu.

Make them in a hole with a wooden skewer. Write what happened that long ago my favorite stay in and do not ever comes.

Mimsi and did them shot up with a toothpick, but infuse more than 2-3 hours inside. Is like to drink were very nice. Maybe I'm confused something, do not say that the recipe is not :)
