Ingredients
500 g gizzards
1 large onion
3-4 potatoes
1-2 carrots
1 bunch chervil
2-3 grains allspice
3-4 tbsp rice
little butter
salt
Method
Cleaning and washing gizzards. Boil them in a pressure cooker with sliced ​​rings of carrots, potatoes and handles chervil - boil 30 minutes. Once cooked gizzards, cut them into small cubes, return them to the pot with the vegetables, add salt, add a few grains allspice and rice. When the rice is ready add the butter cubes and chopped chervil leaves. Optional soup thickener is made with yogurt and egg.
