Rice meatballs - II type

Ingredients
2 cups Rice
2 eggs
1 onion
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp cream
1 bunch green onions
pepper, salt
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
2 potatoes - padding
Method
The rice is boiled. Fry the onions in a little oil. Add the rice. Eggs are broken, add salt and pepper and mix with rice. Finally, add the flour and mix everything carefully. Formed into balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in sunflower oil until golden. The bottom of the pan is arranged cut into thin slices potatoes (to prevent burning meatballs). Top put already fried meatballs and watered with the cream. Cover with the lid and sauté for 10-15 minutes. Remove and serve sprinkled with chopped green onions. * Potatoes are used only for the pad to prevent burning or sticking meatballs. Then not consumed. If, however, someone decided to eat and potatoes will have to choke a little longer.

Xevi, I saw that you had changed the name of the recipe I realized that I have not written clearly enough. Potatoes are used only for the pad to prevent burning or sticking meatballs.
