Pork with cabbage

1 large cabbage
1-2 glvi onion
2 cloves garlic
carrot 1
2 tbsp chutney (Coarse)
1 tomato
spices: large bay leaf, ground cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper, vegeta
Kick dry peppers

Cabbage cleaned and cut, then crushed with salt and let stand at least 30 minutes. Onions and garlic are finely chopped, carrots and tomatoes are grated. Pork cut into portions, flavor with spice pork and put to fry in plenty of oil in a deep saucepan. After browning on all sides is removed and allowed to warm. In the same fat, put onion and garlic with the bay leaf, then it becomes transparent add the carrots, stir and put 2 tbsp paprika. Again, stir and add the chutney, grated tomato and crushed pepper optional. Place a cabbage, sprinkle with the remaining spices and mix well, pour broth or hot water, return the meat and let stew for about half an hour, then transferred into a baking dish and bake until full mode.
