Egg tart

Ingredients
400 g puff pastry
3 eggs
250 ml milk
135 g sugar (half white, half brown)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Method
Heat the oven to 180 C. The dough is spread in a form suitable for tart. Eggs are broken down with sugar, then add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and 1/4 nutmeg. The mixture is poured into the mold, sprinkle with remaining nutmeg. Bake for about 45 minutes. After baking, allow to cool, and then served.

Very tasty tart. Sprinkled it with powdered sugar and crushed and ground almonds. It was nice contrasts among soft filling and tart hupkavata *crust* on top. Thanks for the recipe. :)
