Apple pie - IV type

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
100 g softened margarine or butter
1 cup flour
5 g baking powder
vanilla, cinnamon
pinch of salt
500 g apples

We take greased with butter or margarine baking dish with a diameter of 25-26 cm. Peel apples, clean and cut the seeds of larger cubes while filling 2/3 of the form. In bowl, beat with fork or wire (mixer is not needed) 3 eggs with a cup of sugar and a pinch of salt, add the softened margarine, stir, add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Nice shuffle and that's it. Optional rasim apples with cinnamon. Pour the mixture over them, smoothing it, and wait about 5 minutes to go down between the apples. Can shake form. Bake at 170-180 C for about 30 minutes. Check with toggle. The finished cake is sprinkled with powdered sugar.

You can be caramelized sugar before putting apples. Once baked pastries can be paid, and so will be beautiful as with caramel mmm. Great ...
