Ingredients
2 bonito fish
1 kg tomatoes
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 onions
1 lemon
100 ml white wine
sunflower oil
parsley
6 walnuts
pepper salt
Method
Take fillets of fish, Salt, pepper and put in a tray covered with baking paper. On fish layered pre-sliced vegetables - tomatoes, carrots, peppers and onions. Add salt and pour pre-heated sunflower oil, then add in the tray and wine. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven 20-25 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts in large pieces and chopped parsley. So let another 5 minutes in the oven.
