500 g filo pastry
350 g feta cheese
200 g spinach
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil + 75 g butter or margarine
# dairy mix:
250 g yogurt
4 eggs
8 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt flat
1/2 tsp soda
125 ml milk

The oil and the butter was stirred on the hot plate in the cup so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. All products for the dairy mixture is stirred in a bowl so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The banitsa be arranged - take a crust and sprinkle with a spoon casual top with milk mixture, and then with melted fat sunflower oil and butter. Put it on another sheet again sprinkled with milk mixture and oil, but here is added to them and a little feta cheese and spinach (chopped). pie was great. I make it in a few times now and each time I add something, such as spinach added to about 150-200m. cream and overreaction for 5 min., the next time unless cream to spinach added a 4 or 5 protein. I make pie in this recipe twice already! The only difference to me is that the milk does not add to the milk mixture and beat with an egg and pour already ordered pie. Congratulations to the author! :)

ronkis, thanks for the recipe! :) Until today I was wrong spinach pie. All loved it and ate my pretty! I made some adjustments. I put more spinach, cheese, 6 pcs. eggs, fat around used only oil. In milk mixture put more yogurt, not put milk and sugar.

Today I made the pie with rhubarb. Do not put sugar and milk and 400 grams. Yogurt and fenugreek flavor. My little moist sheet of the filling and so little zapekoh them and then poured with milk mixture. Very tasty pie!

I made the pie with rhubarb in a rectangular baking pan, as Reddy sheet and not curl them a snail. I do not put sugar, but added mint. Great result!
