Ingredients
150 g butter or margarine
150 g sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp rum
150 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
The butter or margarine stir until sugar graying. Add cinnamon and eggs one by one, as the beating continues. Gradually add the flour, stir prior to baking. At the end put the rum and the beating continued for about 2-3 minutes on high speed mixer or blender. In preheated Waffle was poured from the mixture and baking. Finished waffles are served with powdered sugar or jam optional.
