Ingredients
1 kg venison
1 kg onion
salt
10 peppercorns
3 Allspice
1 chili pepper
10 cloves of garlic
50 g salo
1 carrot
3 bay leaves
paprika
10 prunes
sunflower oil
2 tbsp toasted flour
150 ml red wine

Method
The dish is made in a wide saucepan over low heat. Fry meat, onions and add all spices, wine and water. At the end of cooking, add prunes and flour mixed into a little water.
