Fish in Genoa

Ingredients
600 g of fish
60 g butter
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
1 onion
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
1/2 cup dried mushrooms
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) fish broth
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
2 sardines
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in olive oil until yellow, add the butter and flour, Fry is, pour the wine and broth, add the tomato puree, stir well and boil a little. Add pre-soaked in cold water and finely chopped dried mushrooms, sardines, pepper, salt, boiled for 10 minutes and the mixture is compressed. Portions are placed in a baking dish, pour the prepared mixture and bake until soft. The fish is removed, place it in a warm place, add lemon juice, boil the sauce for 2-3 minutes and pour the fish.
