Festive pita

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
125 g butter
500 g yogurt
42 g yeast
2 kg of flour

Method
Yeast dissolves in 50 ml lukewarm water. Eggs are broken, giving one yolk spreads the pita. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, yogurt and yeast. Stir until a homogeneous mixture. Finally flour is added until a stiff dough. The dough should be left to rise for about 20-30 minutes. Then divided into three equal parts, is rolled in the form of a circle with a thickness of 5-6 mm (as cake bases). First base is brushed thoroughly with softened butter, put on top and the second, dab with butter and put the third, but it does not spread. So arranged cut into four equal pieces. Each piece is rolled from the top to the widest part, as muffin.
