Ingredients
500 g horse mackerel, mackerel or carp
2 onions
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1 carrot
300 g red tomatoes
50 g breadcrumbs
1 head of garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 lemon
salt
pepper
bay leaf

Method
Sliced onions along with chopped carrot garlic stew until soft in vegetable oil, add some tomatoes and stew to thicken, add salt, add pepper to taste, pour a fish broth or hot water and boil for about 10 minutes. With so prepared sauce pour into a baking dish ordered fish, top rank filyki chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and finely chopped parsley and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
