Peel and cut the potatoes in bulk and after which put them to cook (remove them just as tender little). Peel the carrots and cut into strips and put to fry in a pan with the oil, to soften. Cut the onions at in large pieces, and also cut into strips and pepper. Once the carrots are soft, add the onion and pepper and fry them for about 10 to 15 minutes.
