Ingredients
250 g soft boiled chickpeas (chickpeas)
150 g tahini (sesame)
3 garlic cloves
1/3 cup milk
salt
1 tsp white pepper
paprika
Method
Well boiled chickpea drain, add the garlic cloves and blend to obtain a slurry. Add Tahan, salt, white pepper, and all are passaged once again by adding a bit of milk until a density of mashed potatoes. Should not be too liquid or too thick. Removed in a glass bowl and sprinkle lightly with cayenne. Serve with bread. Of these quantities are obtained 500 g.
