Ingredients
400 g cooked mussels (meat only, not in shell)
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery leaves
3 tbsp olive oil
40 g butter
100 ml liquid cooking cream
100 ml white wine
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp universal vegetable seasoning
2 tbsp flour
100 g mushroom soup powder
100 g melted cheese
Method
Chop the onion, carrot grated on medium grater, celery cut. Vegetables sauté in olive oil until soft. Add the mussels and wine. After a short steaming (about 5 minutes), the mixture was transferred to a tray. Cream soup is dissolved in 250 ml boiling water and allow to rest. Flour fry in butter until golden cow, Pour soup and cream sauce and thicken with stirring for about 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with spice and pepper, mix everything, aligns and bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes. Serve warm, garnished with a slice processed cheese.
