Pizza dough with eggs and yogurt

Ingredients
4 cups flour
7 g dry yeast
1 egg
100 ml yogurt
fat
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Method
In 200 ml hot water, stir well yeast, salt and sugar and cover for a few minutes. In a small pot, whisk milk and egg. In a large bowl or pan and sift the flour is kneaded with yeast and milk mixture and egg. We cover the dough with a towel to stand in a warm place for an hour. Roll out the dough in the pan, greased and sprinkled with flour to stop it sticking.
