1 sour cabbage
1/3 cup Rice
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 bay leaf

Cabbage cut cooking and put in the heated sunflower oil to pozadushi for 10 minutes and wash the rice is added. Once the rice absorbed by the oil, add water, salt and pepper. Pour into the pan, if necessary add more water, put it in the middle 1 bay leaf and bake in a moderate oven.
One of my favorite dishes. I add paprika.
This is a very tasty cooked meal if rice except put a little bulgur. Perfect.
I like it just as the recipe.
I put dry fennel seeds.
This is an old recipe tested necessarily put red pepper or tomato sauce becomes super.
Of course Tatiana that may pepper and tomato, but also stand the smell of delicious sauerkraut. Matter of taste. I agree with every opinion. :)
