Ingredients
1.5 kg pork (beef) Chines
pepper, salt
Dijon mustard
flour
olive oil or sunflower oil
2 cup white (red) wine
1 cup water

Method
Meat sprinkle with salt and pepper, smeared with mustard and add some flour in. Fry on each side until browned. Add wine and water. Transfer to a glass pan. Bake the lid 200 C for about 1 hour. When finished removing the lid and dopicha further 10 minutes. * If the meat is beef put red wine. * The finished sauce strain.
