Ingredients
600 g shrimp
3 onions
1 tomato
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
60 g butter
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
parsley
pepper

Method
Live shrimp are cleaned with a small brush, place in boiling salted water, cook about 15 minutes and allowed to cool in the water. Opens shells and remove the meat from tails. Heads of shrimp mixed with 30 g butter. The chopped onion fry in remaining butter until yellow, add flour and doizparzhva. Roux was diluted with water, add the chopped tomato, wine and stew for 5 minutes. Add shrimp heads, boil a little, pass a soup, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and add finely chopped shrimp meat. Before presenting sprinkle with chopped parsley. The soup can be prepared with shrimp and canned.
