Pumpkin oven

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
60 g butter
4 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
5 cups (1 liter) milk
1/2 tsp (3 g) cinnamon
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
Method
Peeled and cleaned pumpkin grate in large pieces grater and spread an even layer in a greased baking dish with butter. Eggs are broken down with sugar and add to the warm milk and cinnamon. Pumpkin pour the egg-milk mixture and bake in the oven. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

I love her with plenty of sugar. Great dessert to eat at any time even ...

dessert becomes great, but the pumpkin put a lot of water. It is better to choke advance pumpkin and gaps are then filled with egg-milk mixture.
