6 fillets zander
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Sprinkle the bottom of a greased baking dish with breadcrumbs. Arrange the fillets on top. Combine remaining products and pour over the fish. Bake at 220 C
It is very easy and is certainly delicious! Bravo!

Very cool recipe ... but I rolled the whole fish in breadcrumbs. and serve it with mayonnaise sauce. home loved it (I'm allergic to fish, so I can not give a personal opinion). I released a photo, I hope you like it.

Wonderful recipe! I added a little basil mixture to watering. Sprinkled with breadcrumbs and fillet on top. Fast, easy, tasty and healthy!
